Service Description

Our gas safe registered engineers can check your property and appliances and issue certificates for compliant properties. This price includes 2 Appliances. Each Additional appliance is changed at £25 each In the event of a deficiency in your gas system or appliances, our engineers can fix the problem at a fair price. Landlords should have their properties checked every twelve months. By law, you have to produce one on request. A good landlord will want to ensure their tenants and property is safe.
