My boiler kept on locking out and Dee wanted to make sure I wasn’t left without heating or hot water so had to service the boiler, (originally booked in for another date), because it was in such a bad state. Kept me fully informed throughout the whole process about which parts he was changing and why, and was even showing me the problems, which put my mind at ease. All was done at the agreed price. Dee came early the following morning, did some tests and immediately came the conclusion it was not the boiler but the system controls. Unlike the others before him. They were punctual, honest, communicated thoroughly and clearly throughout the job (very useful as I was not on site) and even when the boiler had to be replaced their prices were fair. Boiler broke down on Friday night contacted DC group Saturday morning and they arrived about 2:00pm which was excellent. They fixed the boiler and recommended it have a service, which was definitely overdue. They took me through the process and showed me all the parts that were clogged up.
I was very happy with the whole process, Divyesh and his assistant were very pleasant.
Also very happy with the price.
